Cleaner
Our client, a company based in Yatton, is currently looking to recruit for a cleaner.
Your duties would include:-
1. Cleaning of office block and factory as required.
2. Removal of waste material.
You may also be required to lift items up to 25kgs.
Pay rate will be between £5.80 - £6.00 depending on experience.
Your normal working hours would be based on a 28 hour week, with these hours worked
12 noon - 6.30 pm (Mon-Thurs) and 12 noon to 4.00 pm (Fri)

In this role you would be required to work on the shop floor, ascertaining the progress of clients manufacturing schedules.
You will be responsible for collating data on the manufacturing progress and compiling this to keep management fully updated at all times.
You will be working on a PC and as a result will be fully IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office and would be happy to learn aspects of the inhouse database.
This is an ongoing contract.

Facilities Engineer
Our client, based in Yatton, is currently looking to recruit for a Facilities Engineer to work on an ongoing contract.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role previously.
Duties would include:-
1. Ensuring insurance inspections are performed on lifting and slinging equipment.
2. Maintaining the accuracy of the electronic Facilities database.
3. Managing facilities work priorities based on business need, and maintain work request database
4. Purchasing consumable products used in support of site maintenance.
5. Supporting site plant breakdowns
6. Monitoring the security and fire alarm systems
7. Liaising with Police and Alarm companies on site security matters.
8. Supporting site ‘buildings & grounds’ maintenance to provide a safe working environment. Regularly tesingt & maintaining a record system of periodic alarm function inspections.
9. Assessing and controling vendors used to support the maintenance function. To include ensuring that valid insurance certificates are always on file and site induction is conducted
10. Applying hands on approach to maintenance tasks where appropriate.
11. Ensuring planned maintenance is performed to schedule economically. Maintaining planned maintenance/inspection database
12. Assisting with Energy monitoring and reduction programme including “switch-off campaign” and project assessment
13. Maintaining site services documentation including drainage, water services, and electrical distribution
14. Assist with site waste management reduction/recycling programmes
Rate will be £10.42 per hour, if overtime is worked it would attract a premium rate.
Normal working hours would be based on a 37 hour week, with these hours worked
6.30 am - 3.00 pm (Mon-Thurs) and 6.30 am to 11.30 am (Fri)
You would also be required to open up the site.

My client is looking for an Electrical Design Engineer on a contract basis of 3 months – this may be extended.
You will be Competent in electrical, circuit design and product specifying. You will be proficient with OrCad (schematic PCB layout) You will have strong problem solving skills the ability to analyse data good computer literacy, incl MS Office and AutoCAD LT 2004 or later.
Those with FMEA knowledge would be preferred but this is by no means essential, in addition anyone with design knowledge within the plasma, ion deposition and etch industries would be highly regarded.

Mechanical build of subassemblies
Mounting subassemblies on to plates
Working to basic mechanical assembly drawings and schedules (photographs)
Basic soldering skills
Role specific training will be given, however, a sound mechanical assembly background is required for this role
