Our client, a manufacturing company based in Yatton, is currently looking to recruit for an electrical wirer on a contract basis, that will run for 3 months, possibly longer.
This is an ideal opportunity to work for a company that provides an excellent working environment, variety of work, a competitive rate and excellent overtime rates.
Position Electrical Wirer
Location Yatton
Salary £10.42 PAYE plus overtime
Skills Apprenticed or timeserved or City and Guilds Part 3 in Electrical
Strong background in Electrical panel wiring
Ability to work to electrical diagrams or schematics
Ideally 16th Edition
Strong fault finding ability
3 Phase would be ideal but is not essential
The successful candidate will be an experienced or time served electrical panel wirer.
You will ideally be able to demonstrate a background in detail wiring in a manufacturing / semi conductor / precision industry
You will be required to be able to work to electrical drawings / schematics. You will be required to loom, crimp, solder, rework and fault find amongst other duties.
You will be working in an electro – mechanical team, and will be responsible for wiring units for various industry sectors, such as aerospace, plasma, MOD, medical.
You will be required to work on small run and special projects and this position will ideally lend themselves to candidates that enjoy fault finding or have an R&D background or would like to move into a detail environment.
