CNC Milling Machinist with Heidenhein Controls experience
A superb permanent opportunity has arisen for a CNC Milling Operator to join our client, a high profile sub contract manufacturer of engine parts to prestigious company Rolls Royce as well as many others. As the successful candidate you will be joining their well established highly skilled workforce as soon as you are ready to start.
This position offers progression/promotion for the right candidate
As the CNC Milling Operator you will be responsible for “1 off’s through to batch production. You will be required to have had exposure to CADCAM and the products you will be working on will vary in size and product from multiple struts through to one off specialist parts. The variety of parts ensures that this position will suit a CNC Milling Operator that likes variety, is looking for stability and to grow with a company.
Requirements for the role of CNC Milling Operator:
Experience of CNC Milling
Strong working knowledge of Heidenhein controls
Experience within a high precision sub-contract environment
Ability to read and understand technical mechanical drawings.
Working knowledge of ISO:90002
Additional skills beneficial CNC Milling Operator:
Knowledge of programming from CAD to CAM software, formulating programmes.
Working environment:
Shop floor of 62 machines across 2 work shops, machines varying from milling, grinding, turning, CMM both CNC operated and manual
Canteen providing free tea and coffee during breaks.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Thursday 7.30 – 16.00 (a degree of flexibility)
Friday 7.30 – 12.30
