BMR Solutions are currently looking to recruit for a Admin Assistant in Clevedon.<\/p>\n
Job Title:<\/strong> Admin Assistant<\/p>\n Contract:<\/strong> Contract, 6 months (High likelihood of ongoing extensions)<\/p>\n Rate\/Salary:<\/strong> \u00a310 – \u00a312 per hour dependant on experience<\/p>\n Hours:\u00a0<\/strong>37 hours per week Admin Assistant sought for a busy Supply Chain department at this leading global manufacturer based in North Somerset. Experience the successful candidate will have: BMR Solutions acts in the capacity of an Employment Business and an Employment Agency.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>JOB SPECIFICATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nThe role will be suited to those with experience in high paced administrative roles in busy office environments. You will have strong Microsoft skills specifically Outlook and Excel, exposure to SAP software, experience of pricing documentation. Any experience within Procurement\/Supply Chain departments highly advantageous but non-essential as all relevant backgrounds will be considered.
\nThe day-to-day role will include:
\n\u00b7Sending RFQ\u2019s, part\/supplier set up, updating prices, order raising and management
\n\u00b7Send modified drawings to suppliers
\n\u00b7Quote Requests, part set up & order (NPI\/CIP\/OUTSOURCING)
\n\u00b7Placement, amendments & cancellations
\n\u00b7Run Purchasing reports & overdue \/ shortage reports
\n\u00b7Support auto-MRP View & approve on an ad-hoc basis
\n\u00b7Resolution of PODs, Order Maintenance, Booking in issues
\n\u00b7All part ordering methods are set up correctly and reviewed often, errors corrected.<\/p>\n
\n\u00b7Excellent Excel skills
\n\u00b7Good knowledge using \u2018Outlook\u2019
\n\u00b7Some experience working with SAP will be a benefit
\n\u00b7Good interpersonal skills
\n\u00b7An organised and methodical approach to working
\n\u00b7The ability to work under pressure
\n\u00b7An excellent administrative background
\n\u00b7Control of information (pricing) and document efficiently
\n\u00b7A teamwork mindset
\n\u00b7Good written and oral English
\n\u00b7Some experience of working in a Procurement office will be a benefit<\/p>\n
